                    Imayam Yoga was established by “YOGA KALAIMAMANI” Mr.V.MAHARAJAN, B.Sc., D.Y.Sc.Ed., PGDYN., M.Sc,. Dnys., in 2009. He was Yoga coach, Therapist & Chief Yoga Instructor. The Kalaimamani Award was given by ASANA ANDIAPPAN YOGA RESEARCH CENTRE, CHENNAI. We believe “Yoga is for everyone”. Our purpose is to combine an ancient tradition with a modern way of living to support you in a life of health and happiness. Here is a peaceful space. As soon as you step through our doors, begin to let go of your busy day and give yourself permission to come in to a more serene and peaceful place. We’ve created an atmosphere of serenity and stillness for your practice in a space that is also friendly and inviting. Our aim is to help you to a happier, healthier lifestyle, with classes and workshops to suit every-body.

                  We are a community of yoga teachers and students supporting each other in the practice of yoga and in the spirit of oneness. People today are drawn to yoga for a range of reasons: to get a toned, lean body, stretch and strengthen muscles, reduce stress and feel relaxed, prevent ageing, enjoy the natural ‘high’ that occurs during and after practice and/or to delve into their spirituality.
